These solenoids are only used on valves with the NODE, SVC or WVS battery operated systems. The Battery operated NODE, SVC and WVS systems use DC instead of AC electrical supply.
These DC solenoids replace the AC solenoids that come standard on a Hunter valve.
Designed to fit all Hunter Plastic Valves, this is the newest style DC solenoid by Hunter and will replace your old 458200 (w/ reflective sliver label) perfectly.
