The disconnect handle part number is 1494F-M2A.
The connecting cable part number is 1494C-CM4.
Note the 4 in the part number stands for 4 feet long connecting cable.
These parts are bundled together with the hardware for connecting to a disconnect switch.
This came out of a 1494V-DS-600 (600 Amp disconnect).
