-This Linkage Mechanism is an automatic constantly reciprocating linear actuator motor, which frequency is Variable.
-This machine output in an axle, the run speed on axis is Non-uniform. If require speed uniform please don't bid.
-This machine is Non-standard manual production, the surface is rough. If require surface precise please don't bid.
-The speed faster, the noise louder. If require quietly, please be careful before bid.
-Linear motion part is consist of sliding linear ball bearing and steel axle. Axle need adds lubricating oil at regular intervals, in order to limited axle temperature less than 90 degrees, and oil wetness.
-Due to rotating lump is affected by gravity, the machine go and back speed is different.
-If you want to control speed, you can add a PWM DC motor speed controller for this.

How to select motor:
(1)Confirm the Voltage, Torque, Structure, Work rule;
(2)Structure: Right Angle Output, Straight Output, Go and Back, Rotation Work, Line Work.
Work Rule: How long work in a period;
(3)Torque: Constantly Working Torque should not exceed 75% of the motor's Rated Torque.
Instantly Working Torque should not exceed motor's Rated Torque;
(4)Motor under loading, Measure Current should not exceed motor's Rated Current. If
necessary, you can install Overcurrent Protection Device.
2. Why don't motor running?
Your motor if is low speed motor, extra low speed motor should observe carefully. Connection
if is correct, and other electric parts if is fine.

3. Install and Operate notes:
(1)Don't store or operate in high temperature or damp environment, and avoid gas environment.
(2)The motor's shaft axial direction and radial direction bearing stress should not exceed it ability.
(3)When install gears/sprockets/pulleys on the output shaft, don't unusual strike. When fix motor, screws
length should not be too long, or will break the parts inside motor. About noise: DC high speed motor will produce a little noise, if very care about noise, please kindly contact us.
