This LED Light Ring is capable of both submerged and above-water operation. Features 108 color changing LEDs and includes a 12v outdoor transformer. Measures 8.75" in diameter, 1" thick, and features a center bracket measuring 1-3/8". Built to last and backed by a 1-year warranty
