This listing is for a combination optocoupler IC package that consists of two (2) pieces each of: 4N25 (general purpose optoisolators w/ transistor output) and4N35 (general purpose phototransistor optocouplers) and
TIL113 (Darlington Optocoupler). Now you can experiment with three different circuit elements at a very affordable price.
The general purpose 4N25 device consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon phototransistor detector in a 6-pin dual in-line plastic package.
