1960s Green Sharkskin jacket 41 Short
Every man needs a green sport coat for spring or summer.
For your consideration is this extraordinary 1960s men's 2-button green sharkskin jacket  by Hamilton Square  (41 Short). The jacket is
extremely well-crafted
and is in amazing condition. The jacket features very narrow lapels and looks extremely classy.  It is made of durable and moderately shiny light weight cloth.  The lining is also in extremely fine condition.
The jacket is a British sack cut with moderate shoulder padding, and double rear vents.

Condition:
Excellent near mint condition jacket.  No holes, no wear, no stains, no flaws!   Looks spectacular!  Very clean and sharp! from a smoke free home.

Material: no markings, but looks and feels  like light-weight wool or wool blend
Marked: Marked 42 short, but jacket measures to a 41 short sack cut

All measurements taken flat with a Singer flexible tape measure.
Jacket:
Chest (arm pit to arm pit): 22.5" double is  45, the normal deduction is 4 making it a 41
Waist (across top /middle button): 22"
Sleeve (from shoulder edge seam to cuff): 23.5"             with a hem of 2"
Shoulder (back seam to seam): 18"
Length (from bottom of back collar to hem): 28"

Mint:
Perfect; like brand new
Excellent:
Looks nearly perfect; no visible flaws; almost new condition
Very Good:
Only a few minor flaws which are not visible or have no effect on the look of the garment
Good:
Multiple minor flaws, but may not be very noticeable, the garment is still wearable, but may need minor repair
A few words on sizing:
Since many suits aren't marked, I go by measurements to determine size.  Also be aware that sometimes a suit is marked, but it doesn't match the measurements. If you aren't sure of your size or the size of your own well-fitting jacket, there are a lot of guides on the internet to help you measure yourself and your jackets.  I use "askandyaboutclothes" "how to measure a men's suit jacket" as the basis for my measurements. I’m not affiliated with this guide, it just is the most user-friendly. Please take a little time to check your measurements, before you invest in a suit.
