Description

For the explorer in you, a safari leisure suit, 40 Regular, in cotton gabardine cloth.  The suit shows well and is in great shape.  The jacket features safari style epaulets and four exterior pockets. The cut of the jacket is somewhat unstructured, with minimal padding on shoulders and minimal lining.  The cut is American with a slightly slimmer waist and single rear vent.
The pants have wide belt loops and a watch pocket.  The bottoms are 10" bells.
Whenever you want to go into the wild in style.  Whether it is hunting big game or seeking for the Lost City of Z, this is the suit for you.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition.   No holes, no stains, almost no wear! Jacket looks great! One stitch missing in the lapel, barely noticeable. One very light hanger mark on lining  -See pictures.   Overall an incredible-looking suit!

Pants:
Waist: 17.75"     double is 35.5"           with about 1.5"  to let out.
Inseam length:  29"  with a hem of  3.5"

Mint:
Perfect; like brand new
Excellent:
Looks nearly perfect; no visible flaws; almost new condition
Very Good:
Only a few minor flaws which are not visible or have no effect on the look of the garment
Good:
Multiple minor flaws, but may not be very noticeable, the garment is still wearable, but may need minor repair
A few words on sizing:
Since many suits aren't marked, I go by measurements to determine size.  Also be aware that sometimes a suit is marked, but it doesn't match the measurements. If you aren't sure of your size or the size of your own well-fitting jacket, there are a lot of guides on the internet to help you measure yourself and your jackets.  I use "askandyaboutclothes" "how to measure a men's suit jacket" as the basis for my measurements.
